Laurinda Faye
Laurinda Faye is a passionate photographer who loves to share her vision with the world through her camera lens. She spends hours photographing subjects, building a relationship with them, capturing their true essence and uniqueness. Each subject has its own unique light which shines through her photographs and is a result of her experiences, vision and influences from those who have touched her life.
Her pictures have been on display in numerous galleries across Northeast Pennsylvania. Her photographs have received many awards and she was a recipient of the ArtPop Street Gallery Billboard Competition in 2018 and 2020. Most recently her photograph “Tatoo” was given a 1st place award by the Pocono Arts Council.
Laurinda was our featured speaker in March and expertly moved us from the physical to virtual world with her presentation “Victory in the Pacific” which documented both a personal and world history of the Pacific basin during World War II. You can see all of Laurinda’s beautiful photographs on the Photographer of the Month page on our website and check out her bio while you’re there too.
