The executive committee plans meetings, Shoot-Outs and other club activities. They meet on the first Tuesday of every month on the Zoom video platform. Meetings are open to all members and begin at 7pm. The committee consists of a president, 1st vice president, 2nd vice president, treasurer, secretary and webmaster. These offices are voted on yearly by the membership. The executive committee meetings are open and all members are welcome to participate in them.
